Purpose of data processing

The legal basis for data processing related to messages and cookies is the user’s voluntary consent based on being informed, in accordance with Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-determination and Freedom of Information (hereinafter “Info Act”), Section 5 (1)(a).

The Data Controller stores the provided data for one year after the case is closed.

The Data Controller provides this information in writing within the shortest possible time, but no more than 25 days after receiving the request.
Correction of processed data
If the processed personal data is inaccurate and the correct data is available to the Data Controller, it will correct the data.
Deletion of processed data
The Data Controller deletes the personal data it processes if:
- The processing is unlawful
- The data subject requests it
- The data is incomplete or incorrect (and the law does not prohibit deletion)
- The purpose of data processing ceases or the legal retention period expires
- The deletion is ordered by a court or the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information
Blocking of processed data
The Data Controller will block personal data upon request or if deletion would harm the data subject’s legitimate interests. Such blocked data may only be processed as long as the purpose that excluded deletion exists.
Miscellaneous provisions
The Data Controller’s system may collect information about user activity, which cannot be linked to other personal data provided by the user or to data generated during the use of other websites or services.
The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. Users accept the amended policy by continuing to use the service after the changes take effect.
